Thinking about your relationship this Christmas
Christmas puts two people in the same rooms for days, often with family close by. If it has you wondering where things stand between you and your partner, Clearr helps you work it out privately and decide what you want to happen next.
The assessment is free, takes about 12 minutes and doesn’t need an account.
From 1 December, membership is free until 10 January
Start the monthly plan at any point in December and you pay nothing until 10 January 2027. After that it’s £4.99 a month, including VAT, until you cancel. Everything in the next section is free to use now.
Membership is free until 10 January
Start the monthly plan before the end of December and you pay nothing until 10 January 2027. After that it’s £4.99 a month, including VAT, until you cancel. Cancel from your space before 10 January and nothing is charged.
Making a space takes about a minute, and you don’t need to give your name. Then choose Membership in your space.
You’re already a member, so there’s nothing to do.
Monthly plan only, for people living in the UK. Offer open 1 to 31 December 2026. Card details are taken at the start, and Stripe emails a reminder seven days before the first payment on 10 January 2027. If you ask within 14 days of that payment, we refund it in full.
The Christmas offer has ended
Membership is £4.99 a month or £39 a year. The assessment and every safety module stay free whenever you need them.
See membershipWhy it often comes to a head now
For most of the year, work and routine keep a couple busy. Over Christmas that cover goes. There are more hours together, and often money you don’t agree on. Things that were easy to step around in October can be hard to ignore by Boxing Day.
Plenty of couples argue at Christmas and are fine in January. Others find the holidays show them something they had been explaining away. Clearr helps you tell which is which from your own answers, and nobody here will tell you what to do.
Free to use, any time
- The assessment. About 12 minutes, with no account needed. It shows which parts of the relationship are under strain.
- Every safety module, and the first module in each area of the library.
What membership adds
- A log you fill in for a few seconds a day. Over the holidays it gives you a record written at the time, which is more reliable than memory in January. Notes are encrypted.
- Goals for the new year. Choose one to three things you want to be different, and review them briefly each month.
- The whole library, including the modules for making a relationship stronger, for rebuilding one and for life after leaving.
If Christmas is frightening
If you’re afraid of your partner, or of what might happen over the holidays, these lines are free and open 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including Christmas Day:
- In England and Wales, the National Domestic Abuse Helpline, run by Refuge, is on 0808 2000 247. It’s for women, and for anyone worried about someone.
- In Scotland, Scotland’s Domestic Abuse and Forced Marriage Helpline is on 0800 027 1234, for anyone.
- In Northern Ireland, the Domestic and Sexual Abuse Helpline is on 0808 802 1414, for anyone.
In an emergency, call 999. If you can’t speak, press 55 when prompted on a mobile. The lines that open on weekdays, such as the Men’s Advice Line and the Respect Phoneline for people worried about their own behaviour, usually close on bank holidays, so check their websites for Christmas hours. The full list is at the bottom of every page.
Press Escape twice at any time to leave this site straight away.
Questions about the offer
Do I need a card to start?
Yes. Stripe, which handles payments for us, takes your card details when you start, and nothing is charged until 10 January 2027. If using a card isn’t possible or isn’t safe, you can ask for free access from your space instead. There’s no card and nothing on a statement, and we don’t ask for proof or a reason.
Will I be reminded before the first payment?
Yes. Seven days before 10 January, Stripe emails a reminder from CLR Digital. It goes to the email address you signed up with. If your space has no email, Stripe asks for one at checkout, so give an address only you can read.
How do I cancel?
From your space, under Membership, in a couple of clicks. You don’t need to email or phone anyone. Cancel before 10 January and you pay nothing, and you keep everything until then.
What if I forget to cancel?
Email hello@clearr.org.uk within 14 days of the first payment and we’ll refund it in full. You don’t need to give a reason.
What shows on my bank statement?
Nothing until 10 January. Payments show as CLR DIGITAL, with nothing about relationships. Card companies require the first payment after a free period to say so, so that one also carries the words "TRIAL OVER".
