Terms of use

Last updated 2 November 2026. These terms are between you and Kingsbury Consulting Ltd, which runs Clearr.

What Clearr is

A reflective, educational service. It is not therapy, counselling, legal advice, medical advice, a crisis service or a risk assessment. Nothing on it constitutes a professional opinion about you, your partner or your relationship. If you are in danger, contact the emergency services.

Membership

Membership is a recurring subscription billed by Stripe at the price shown when you join, which includes VAT. It is available to people living in the UK. A membership bought from outside the UK is cancelled and refunded in full. You can pause for up to three months or cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. Free (sponsored) access, from a code or on request from your space, is granted at our discretion for the period shown in your space, and may be withdrawn if it is misused.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password or passphrase and recovery phrase safe. Passphrase-only accounts cannot be recovered without the recovery phrase, and we will never ask for identity documents to reset one.

Acceptable use

Do not use Clearr to monitor, profile or harass another person, or to create referral links to pester someone. Do not attempt to access another member's space. We may close accounts that breach this.

Content

All content is original and owned by Kingsbury Consulting Ltd. You may print or save pages for your own use. Your own entries remain yours; you can export or delete them at any time.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for decisions you take or do not take on the basis of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
