For organisations

If you work for a refuge, a charity, a housing provider or another support service, Clearr can give the people you support full membership, with no card and nothing on a bank statement.

How access codes work

  • You hand the code over yourself. Each one switches on full membership for a set time, usually six or twelve months.
  • No name or email is needed. The person makes a free space, with a passphrase if email isn't safe, and enters the code.
  • We never say who used a code. We can tell you how many of your codes have been used, and nothing else.
  • It sits alongside your support, not in place of it. Clearr isn't a crisis service. It gives people a private place to think between appointments, and its modules point back to services like yours.

Before you ask

Have a look at what the people you support would see: the assessment, the free library modules and how privacy works. Anyone can also ask for free access from their own space, without going through an organisation.

Ask about access codes

Tell us a little about your service and we'll be in touch to talk about what would help.

Please don't include anything about the people you support. We use these details only to reply to you about access codes, and delete closed enquiries after a year. Privacy notice.
